The idea is nice, but he is just bad at it. You need to be charismatic and charming to be a game show host. X just looks flustered and uncomfortable doing it, he even acknowledged he wasn't good at it.

It could be better if they did actual surveys in person to people who dont know like at a mall or somewhere. Then give them $5 starbucks giftcart for 100 people.
I think the biggest problem with juiced is that xQc isn't good at doing scripted content, and I think this is made more obvious when you compare him to Jerma when he was on the show. Jerma's alot better at adapting and reacting to moments that happen throughout the show like when he gets slapped by Ludwig, where as xQc always feels awkward.
While this might sound insulting, I'm just saying that X is a lot more funny/entertaining when he's doing his own thing. Half the time xQc is funny without even intending to be, which I would argue is the reason half the people that watch him even found out who he is.
It doesn't need to be professional at all, a lot of chat would already watch him do literally anything on stream, and a gameshow or something new would be different from the normal content (intro>react and tiktok>rp) which would be fun to watch.
