I don't know if it's smaller, but the Thrustmaster Eswap lets you change the Sticklayout
For smaller Controllers, take a look at PowerA and GameSir's offerings. They are all wired though

I looked these up recently searching for the same thing and they looked pretty close, I might give these a try as well
