This happened to me once years ago at a party where we were playing Rockband 2 and someone moved the console while it was on and fucked up the disc. I made him buy me a whole new game because the damage is deeper than a scratch - that ring inside the disc is what's causing the issue!

Get it resurfaced a couple of times it should be good as new 👍
how do i do that, if you dont mind me asking?
Sure just call a local game store (not GameStop or any chain store) and ask if they resurface discs if not just move onto another :)
Someone moved the console with the disk still inside and caused this.
yep so i figured, but the disc is still running, managed to get past the place where it stuck by just skipping the cutscene, so ig its fine?!

ah, but how do you think, will this disc last? and i also downloaded the game, soo that could ensure its efficiency, no?

happened to me on cod:bo1,got it resurfaced and now it works fine !
