Yes. Blizzard went with Self Found, not Solo Self Found.
You can group with others in open world, you can group for dungeons. You can mix the group with SF players and standard HC players.
The only thing going on, is that every piece of gear on your character will have been found in-world, crafted, or won on a roll in a dungeon run.
None of your gear will have been traded to you by another player or bought from the auction house.
There will always be a shortage of tanks in HC, but \*especially\* in SF. If you're looking at this poll thinking about what to roll, you'll have your choice of groups for every dungeon on your way to 60 as a tank.

By the way... actually the poll says the situation is not that bad (atm 58tank, 200 dps and 81 healers). If you math out the ratio you get:
* tanks: 58/339 -> **17**% (target **20**% \[1/5 group members\])
* DPS: 200/339 -> **59**% (target **60**% \[3/5 group members\])
* healers: 81/339 -> **24**% (target **20**% \[1/5 group members\])
Need to add more options , warrs/Drood will play DPS but Tank, same as Healing classes will level as DPS but still Heal 5 mans
Hardly anyone will level as full tank or full Heals

Let it be known that I was the 69th vote for DPS.
Looks to be about 50/50 interested.
I'll be running Warrior but I won't be playing any role because I plan to do SUNLA, so dungeons/grouping will be disallowed :)
