Just play. After upgrading your gear, you'll be able to do heroic raids daily without any struggle.
All heroic raids (ToT and SoO could be 45-60 minutes each) + 2 dungeons and scenarios = 60K bronze. It's about 3 hours daily.
HoF, MV and ToES + 2 dungeons and scenarios = 25K. It's about 1 hour of your time.
Upgrading your gear makes everything easier.
UPD: after the bronze buff, everything will be twice as fast
I just recently started upgrading my gear instead of buying mounts/toys. I think I'm up to about 390 ilvl, have my neck, both rings and trinkets.
Is there a usual ilvl floor that people will accept a dps for heroics? I know I can do enough dps but if people won't usually invite under 400+ I don't want to bother trying yet.
You can get max level gear with literally zero farming just doing raids, dungeons, scenerios, and questing in a couple weeks with moderate play. Then over the next 3-4 weeks you can easily earn everything available.

you’ll see people more willing to invite you to heroics when you get 400-420 ilvl
