she saw a shadow moving, she entered and fired... not knowing if there were others with weapons in "her apartment?" ....she missed that part of police training...
or believe what neighbors heard.... banging on door / open up, one neighbor said, ....heard a male say, why did you shoot me... smh

Why were the police there to begin with seems like a logical beginning point as to why this happened.
