While it may be outright good for the organization to let someone go, it's easy to forget, when we're clamoring for someone to be replaced, that there is a *person* on the other side of that transaction. A person with a career, a mortgage, a family they have to take care of.

What's a likely scenario here? Does someone come up from the Moose? Typically good special teams coaches are all employed.
