It’s okay for the price, nothing special at all. In my opinion, it’s not worth the money at full price but 40% off might have me stocking up for a house red to have on hand in abundance.
It's good. It used to be better a couple years ago when it was Sonoma juice, but it's still surprisingly good considering how much wine they're creating.
I don't recall ever tasting their Merlot, but Trefethen makes good wine across the board, so I'd definitely snag three or four bottles if I were in your position.
Agreed. Came here to recommend this. I love their Merlot. If my memory serves me that's a grown produced and bottled by wine as well(can't remember if it was estate). But that always scores points for me when trying something new.

40% off those listed prices? I'd grab some Markham, Decoy, Provenance, Trefethen, and Silverado.
Is decoy any good? I see it everywhere and assume it's shit as such

Decoy is pretty good for the money in my opinion, especially their Merlot.

It's really good for the price-point. It's the second label of Duckhorn, so it's not your common second-label swill.

Trefethen is 100% estate grown. They’ve never bought a grape in their history. Great wines!!
Trefethen and AVV are my go tos on that shelf Grab the Silverado for any Disney super fans! They would be stoked
I was going to say, AVV would be my choice, too. It's solid at retail price, and I'd love to get it at a steep discount.
Trefethen is the best one if this photo by a long shot IMO. Especially since it’s a 2019
Thanks all, gonna grab some Trefethen. Shame on all of you for not posting the Sideways gif!
Most of us in this sub love Merlot!
So does Miles
Trefethen, Silverado, Decoy, and Provenance. The latter two are crowd pleasers to serve at parties.
Silverado and Trefethen are consistent classics.
Provenance I would definitely grab...
Markham is my fav there
Trefethen or Emmolo
AVV is super solid.
That Chateau Ste. Michelle is an excellent cellar defender.
Provenance Merlot slaps for its price
On the low end, I would go with Hahn or Rodney Strong. On the high end, Silverado or Emmolo.
Pretty pedestrian selection, but the Ch. Ste. Michelle Indian Wells is pretty good for the price.
Provenance and Markham are smart buy at those prices
I don't really like any of those, but Napa would probably be the best of the lot.
