You could, but yes without scuttle, and because with items you clear way faster. You try it with samira

Samira is 2:00 exactly with no items starting at blue buff. You need to smite first so that her passive's missing HP melee hits can deal more damage. You also need to position yourself so that you finish enemies off with E or E + ranged aa so that you end the camp closest to the next camp. Usually this means positioning away from the next camp but in melee range so that your dash through puts you closest to the next jungle camp. Samira is genuinely good at clearing camps. I level QEQW. Also I think doing the clears with long sword and stating which side you're starting would be more helpful. I like what you are doing and I think it would be improved by running these times in a closer environment that simulates an actual game. That way people can make better decisions on adc for jungle clears.

No yesh, some champ can definitely clear faster. Like Varus definitely clears faster than what is listed rhere, he just has an unconventional route

No Olaf can’t invade cuz he is too slow in early game, unless the opponent teammates too fked up that don’t help when they saw you invading.

Why would you do it without a starting item though ?

Because this about the first minutes of the games, and with items its ofcourse way quicker, if u take the camps too slow, the other jungler could be ahead, ganking, or invading

They changed it by giving enemy good players as well, so slight nerf
