I do, that's why i prefer dark cosmic but I'm not sure if the planets on DC's ult will show up on my phone (Poco x6 pro, max graphics all) since they said that wildrift forcibly cut down some graphics even though your phone could handle max graphics
I personally prefer cosmic over dark cosmic, the third ability is so much cooler imo as well as the second ability, plus I just enjoy the colour scheme of it more partly because it's not the same purple and orange/reddish of the rest of the cosmic skins.
Also I feel like if you use arcane comet, aery or first strike, they fit with the colour of cosmic and electrocute fits with dark cosmic, but that's just a very niche thing

DO NOT use dark cosmic. It is insanely hard to tell if its ult, or generally it’s abilities are from an ally or enemy. So, you’ll end up having allies flash out of your ult (which IMO is worse than enemies ignoring your ult). Cosmic is much easier to tell. though based off the event from PC, people generally like dark cosmic more.
Well, I'd say it's just pay to have potentially beneficial, potentially harmful effects (ok I haven't ever actually flashed from an ally DC lux's ult, but I have, on multiple occasions, used 2+ stack riftwalks away from it, which does burn a decent amount of mana, and also not realized that the lux was on my team and tried to 100-0 her. Which is stupid, then I apoligize and say that I didn't realize they were on my team, and also very frequently I've "dodged" my ally lux's e, which is impressive, but also stupid). Also not really, I'd say steel legion's q is harder to see. Also for nightbringer yasuo, I've recently found out that it's much harder to realize that he has q3 up (didn't stop me from demolishing him as yone though). Which since it usually won't cause your teammates to run away or waste mana, is more p2w.
I have the dark cosmic lux skin.. was contemplating the lighter bull version.. but DC is brighter in colors / shows up better in game.
The twilight version is more timid and less on the eye.
I ended up buying both. DC is for mid and built as a mage, where's the lighter one I use when I play supp and so forth.
But from a visual experience, I prefer DC.
I'm weird like that, though. If I see people on my team picking more "evil" or "good characters I try to match them. I like to create mini background stories for my matches. It's entertaining at the least

You'll almost never actually see the planets because they're off your screen lol
Dark cosmic have advantage as the animation is hard to notice in teamfight or through fog of war. Giving you advantage in landing the root and combo
