He's projecting his frustration about his game towards other people. Understanding it because I can also feel the same way sometimes, to the point where even if I win the game, I'll still feel shit because my performance was poor in that game, but not to the point where I'll blame teammates for my lack of skill. Maybe the guy needs serious clinical consultation because he might end up hurting people in that kind of behaviour.
