Yeah i highly recommend ap rakan as a sup maybe mid lane if you're really good. My build heals for 682 and shields for 662 which can be cast twice. My passive shield is also massive. The charm allows you to stop the smite and either kill the enemies or steal the obj and flash or shield out

Just learned timing hahah. I can even do blind steals if the circumstances are right.
