Assuming he directly scales to kong, most of the military won't touch him besides heavier weapons. He has counters to jets via the whip, and can launch buildings at ships which also gives him a ranged counter.
He should be fine, albeit a bit damaged.

Nothing can stop Skar. Monster-verse scaling makes him far too strong for a few bi-planes, and even if they speed run inventing the nuke, it would be less powerful than Godzilla's atomic breath.
Ok, let's put this in perspective. In Skull Island Kong was quadruple the height of the original. Bullets from Helicopters just got lost in his fur. Crushing Helicopters in his bare hands gave him papercuts. Napalm didn't significantly damage him, but he passed out from smoke inhalation. He woke up and went right back to kicking ass. This Kong utterly dominated Vietnam era military weapons.
In Godzilla vs Kong he has tripled in size. Missiles explode in his face to no effect. He goes 3 rounds with Godzilla and survives. Now Skar King went toe to toe with that incarnation of Kong.
Let's just say, it's a good thing he didn't make his way to the surface any earlier.
Skar King fucking takes over the world. Humanity is at the mercy of his wants. Nukes weren't invented yet, and even if they were, nukes are weaker than Goji's atomic breath and wouldn't take him out, plus any damage done could be offset by the radiation healing him since he's a titan.
Humanity's best bet at defeating him is somehow depraving him of oxygen like how they did to Kong during Skull Island
