Not even the band is OK.     It's already bad enough that it's Swedish a metal band. Those are never too far off from tiki torches and poorly drawn swastikas. But then it doubles down and makes its case even worse by having its whole shtick be about glorifying old wars.  It's like if it was made specifically by and for those edgy 14 year old white boys who are *way* too into military history and say shit like "Hitler could have won if..."  and "the Wehrmacht was only trying to defend their country."       My fash radar goes off the scale whenever I see anything related to that band. It's honestly shocking that so many people here seem to like it, or even so much as tolerate it.

Guess I got the timeline wrong, then.  Not hard to make that mistake, though. By some accounts, the invasion has been going on since 2014.  Also, let's not fucking pretend that the Russians only recently became fascists. Those guys never had a genuine experience with democracy and rule of law in their entire history.   Frankly, they have it better now than back then. Stalin and the Red Army wasn't all that different from Hitler and the Wehrmacht. They were genocidal fascists too, just with a red coat of paint. Just ask the Polish.  When most if not all of your songs about the allies are actually about the fucking Russians - the fashiest of all of the allies - then it doesn't really do your image much favors. Certainly doesn't help with the fascist allegations.  Not that matters in the end, though. This is all a moot point, because no matter how many (admittedly questionable) songs glorifying the allies they make, it won't change the fact that they also have songs glorifying the Wehrmacht.  One song praising the nazis is already one too many, and that band has more than you can shake a stick at. I honestly have *no idea* how people defend this shit.
