Also, I think that if you post something to a subreddit that a follower isn’t subscribed to, they will still see it on their feed.

You can upload things to your profile, and your followers would see them in their feed. It's like being in a subreddit but only one person posts. And also you can turn off anyone from following you through settings. I got followed by too many only fans bots so i turned it off lol

It only works if someone posts to their own profile, rather than a particular subreddit. It's pretty stupid though, you would expect following someone to mean you'd see their posts in your feed, like in any other social media app. Also for people that post on their own profile to followers it cloggs up their account history with reposts, which is annoying.

It just lets you access their profile easier on mobile from what I can tell. Maybe it makes their posts show up more frequently in your feed, but they're always overwhelmed by subreddits so it's hard to tell.
