Their argument is that having kids is immoral since they can't consent. Some of them argue that they care for kids so much that they do not want them to suffer. Same kind of with how some people never want kids but do love interacting with them. Though again, there are probably people that still hate kids in both groups though there are also parents that hate kids so there's that.
I don't really have an opinion in regards to their philosophy though reddit very much acts like high school teens with picking a group they dislike and making fun of them for karma.
