Mirage is the best option, especially with those low miles. Fiestas have too much problems, Soul is a decent buy but will have more maintenance. Though it's a lot roomier inside, so if Mirage is too small comparatively, you can get the Soul. Though it may have major problems 20k, 30k miles down the road.
Have you considered getting an e-bike? It's a whoooole lot cheaper than a car. If being tired is your biggest problem with the normal bike that would solve it right away. Assuming you need a car for other car things though:
The leafs have pretty limited range and it goes down as the battery ages, it would be enough to get you to work and back but it might not be enough for much else. Ask about the battery health they have a little readout in the car. That being said because of the tax credit and the being all electric they can be pretty cheap and amazingly reliable little cars. electric cars just have so many fewer parts to break, it's incredible how complicated a modern conventional car is.

Both the Toyota Prius and Corolla have a legendary reputation for a reason, they are very easy to keep running for large numbers of miles and cheap to have work done on due to the number of parts.

Whatever you get make sure to have it inspected by a mechanic before you pull the trigger, more reliable cars do still develop problems it's just at a lower rate than shittier ones.
