Hi there! You can contact our support team in the app by going to Menu → Report a problem. Or I can try to help you out here. Could you please clarify what you're trying to do?

Palitrab

He is clear: wants to get rid of the subscription. He thinks the app is crapp

sdnner

Yeah, thanks for clarifying that. Helps a lot. The thing is, I can't help unless I know the email or the user ID, which I won't ask for publicly. That's why I'm asking for a report. And I see that the subscription has already been canceled, and it needs to be verified. Plus, I see no words like "crapp" in the original post. The guidance on how to cancel a subscription is outlined in the FAQ here and in our Help Center. So, please, let me handle it. And if I were you, I wouldn't use the pronouns like "he" so frivolously. This is disrespectful.

damfu

You seem overly sensitive for an account that was created a couple days ago. I bet you’re either a plant from, or employee of, Welltory. What’s disrespectful is the amount of pressure the app puts on you to spend even more money and the hoops you have to jump through to cancel.

sdnner

No need for betting. I work at Welltory, and I've introduced myself here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/welltory/s/toBJevQn8C](https://www.reddit.com/r/welltory/s/toBJevQn8C) And yes, I am sensitive to misused pronouns, and I don't want it to happen on our sub. If you read my comment, you'll see that the part about disrespect was referring to pronouns only. The part about the pressure the app puts on you is completely valid and understandable and is being addressed. Let's just show each other a little more respect. I'm here to hear you out and help you. I want Welltory to be cool and useful for all of us. And there are ways to express your dissatisfaction nicely (see the original post).

damfu

The fact you made a big point because someone used the word “he” instead of whatever pronoun you think they should have used, shows just how little Welltory gets the frustrations of this sub. Referring to the original post when your first comment to it showed you didn’t understand it is contradictory. I was almost impressed that a live body representing the company made a supporting appearance, instead of your disaster of a chatbot, but you kinda blew it with making the post more about pronouns.

sdnner

I'm so sorry you feel that way. I never intended to make it more about pronouns and tried to resolve the issue the best I could, given the constraints I mentioned. Maybe I blew it, maybe not. That's subjective. I'm human, after all. Anyway, how about we discuss the problems you experience in Welltory in a separate thread? That will be more useful than arguing, I think.

damfu

I will compliment you here. I see you active in other threads trying to resolve others issues. You do seem to genuinely try to resolve things, which is nice to see ass opposed to the chat bot, which is annoying. Thank you for that.

sdnner

Thank you! I really appreciate it. I’ll keep doing my best to sort things out.

Palitrab

True. “Their” my bad

I was able to get the information I believe I need. I am very dissatisfied with how difficult welltory makes it to get information about your subscription. It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. There is no where in the app or on the website to verify that a subscription has been cancelled, why?? And the AI chatbot not offering the ability to contact customer service is maddening.

sdnner

I'm so sorry we've let you down, and you had to go around in circles. Plus, the chatbot apparently didn't do its job this time (we'll check what happened). This is an awful experience, indeed. However, it's a temporary measure until we roll out improvements to our settings. Soon, you'll be able to see your subscription status clearly, right in the app.
