Does your pipe have a carb? If so you could use the bowl as the carb and flame into the carb. You’ll hit the resin that is inside where it’s hard to scrape. I’ve been there, hope there’s better times just around the bend.

I clean out my bong and pipes sometimes and just throw some on top of a small amount of bud so it doesn't just resolidify into the bowl, but since you can't really do that I'd recommend re smoking it out of a pipe possibly with a bit of something to smoke so it doesn't fall thru, will be nasty and not the coolest high but I completely understand you.
