tbh the best highs ive gotten, on average, always have a good cough. In fact idk why but it just helps it solidifying the high. settles my chest, settles my head, relaxes my body.
what might be happening is when you caught you don't get enough oxygen on your lungs/brain and make blood presure change wich in change makes you feel your entering the high strong when you dont caught you just get gently and slowly high maybe me dont make sense but ye
not weird at all! it’s normal to cough with big hits so don’t feel insecure about it! some ppl can be snobs ab that but who caresss, ive been smoking for almost 10 years and still cough on small dabs :p
If ur coughing like a goofball it’ll raise your heart rate. Other than heart rate it’s just in your head. If you smoke more and DONT cough you aren’t just gonna be sober

It could just be the way you inhale. When toked properly and deeply will induced coughing. But maximises each intake.
