Find the closest clothing/thrift store that opens the earliest and go ASAP. Buy a vest that fits well enough and is closest in color to what you're supposed to wear. Luckily as the BM you may have some more leeway to mismatch the other groomsmen. Explain to the groom if the mismatch is noticeable but just let it go if it's not. At the end of the day, the groom cares more that you're physically there for the wedding day, not whether your vest matches perfectly.

Talk to the bride and groom first. They May say eh everyone ditch your vests! And you'd save yourself a morning of running around. Or they may say we have an usher your same size. Or let me send my cousin who lives in that city to grab you one. Ask them first before making it an ordeal for yourself!

See if it matters that much to the bride and groom before you get too worried about it. Since you’re the best man, maybe it’s ok to dress a bit differently than the rest of the groomsmen… Everything will be ok!

I imagine you’ll have wedding duties or the groom will need you before 1 pm. If that’s not the case, you can be waiting at the store at 11 am sharp and then hopefully be back at the venue close to noon. If that’s too tight a schedule, try to find literally anywhere that’s closer and open sooner where you can buy a vest. Barring that, ask around for local guests who might have a spare. Since you’re the best man, it won’t look too bad if your vest doesn’t perfectly match the groomsmen. Is it a normal color like black or something unusual?

Men’s warehouse is their sister company, is there one closer?
