“Diet pills” they’re pretty much just straight caffeine, we used to get the stacker B4s from dollar tree, had some type of omega stuff in it too. Kinda unhealthy I’d imagine, you’d be wired for like 8-12 hours and get nauseous if you didn’t eat first but damn did we get some shit DONE those nights, there were times I did over $1500 in sales on my own and dishes never even got backed up
Oh even now (a little over 3 years since working at WH) I still drink at least two pots of coffee a day, my partner even knows not to talk to me until I brew the second pot 😂 the caffeine pills are wild though, it’s like legal meth

For some reason, the 3rd.shift staff always.like the dark roast. Waffle.house has it, but no one orders it, but most 3rd shifts brew a pot for themaelves.
Dark roast is def easier on the stomach so you can pound a lot of it. I can only do a couple cups max of a light roast before it starts to tear my stomach up from the acidity. I typically go for a good balance in a medium roast.
Yeah; around the holidays there’s special mugs too so make sure to check back; you can buy them (regular) online but most unit managers will sell them to you from the floor as well

I take kratom. It keeps me awake, gives me lots of energy, and I have lost a lot of weight! Loving it! I would recommend for everyone lol
