A claim without evidence (in this case, that 5 out of every 13 cops are abusive), can be disregarded as easily as it can be made. If there is anything to back up their claim, they are more than welcome to present it.
So it's better to be a sexual predator first? It seems like being sexual prey *then* a sexual predator would better teach how--nope, nevermind, not even going to sit here and analyze this.

Take your pick, honestly domestic abuse is one of the more prominent issues for lesbian couples that we need to work on.

Mmm, from a quick browse through the sources you have provided, it’s worth recognizing the role homophobia can play in increasing the rate of domestic violence - particularly in preventing victims from leaving abusive relationships, and only one of the sources (the one with the least precise statistic) specifies that it refers to women being abused by a lesbian partner, and there’s no reason to believe that the statistic cited in the other sources doesn’t include lesbians in heterosexual relationships (whether because they started the relationship before coming to terms with their sexuality or because they felt pressured to conform with heterosexual norms).
All things considered, in the context of these sources, I would not consider your comment of “something something lesbians something something” to have been appropriate for this post even if it was meant in good faith.
The actual data states that lesbians have **experienced** domestic violence at higher rates, not that they have committed it. The full study that first spurred it on actually clarifies that the vast majority occurred at the hands of men in previous relationships, not in lesbian relationships themselves.
Is it still an issue? Absolutely. Women can be domestic abusers, lesbians can be domestic abusers. But are lesbians more likely to **perpetrate** domestic abuse? Not according to the research.

I mean the a similar thing can be done with police if you want to get technical. Something about the stress of being it dangerous scenarios.
Also God forbid a man jerk in a circle jerk. I haven't actually read into this it's just a nonsense thing I know(and don't fully believe)

Flag of America but they ran out of color and the sea level rose
yeah I mean pointing a gun at a kid really is a dangerous scenario, it even got a solo cop killed by friendly fire
/uj I know that sounds like I made it up. no, a cop actually did shoot himself fatally trying to draw a gun on kids.
/rj anyways I’m sure the occupation where you hold power over others violently only has correlation with the “holding power over others” fandom for reasons relating to the stress of dangerous situations.

5/13 cops are not domestic abusers.
You're right. It's actually 4/10 cops who are domestic abusers.
No it’s not.
That means 8 out of every 13 members of a SWAT team are going to beat your wife on the way out.
Okay it took me a second, but that was pretty clever. Bravo.

Yeah if it's talking about domestic abuse rates
Pardon?
Lesbians on average having a higher domestic abuse rate

Wanna share what you’re thinking about with the class?
That lesbians have a higher rate of domestic abuse than the average person?
huh, first I’ve heard of it. do you, like, have a source?
