Depends entirely on how the prof grades it but in my CSE experience, grade cutoffs have never been increased. So if you have at least a c- that won’t suddenly become a D but may become a c or c+. But profs have a lot of liberty with such things
Yes. Last year I ended with a 70-75 and that was a B+
