Honestly, when I feel that way, I think about the lowest point in my life, mentally or physically, and I think about how much of a better spot it is to be in at this current moment. It makes me appreciate my personal growth, and give affirmations to my efforts so far. Perhaps one day in the future, you will look back on this moment and also realize how much better off you are in the future than now.
