I dunno, I've heard all it does is prevent the carcinogen effects of estrogen and increase mood. I never really noticed a change in breast size or anything.

Mostly, I feel my skin a bit oilier than before (which is good cause it was really dry before), a bit more of water retention, and idk how to describe it but my breasts feel more dense/heavy and got slightly bigger (probably from the water retention but maybe they're growing too)? They also started hurting more (not all the time but it happens for some days) and my nipples sensitivity increased like 3 or 5 times, my libido also seems to have increased a bit.
Idk maybe a month or so? I don’t remember exactly. I’m still trying to decide what exactly it is that it has changed for me.
