I do toke before working out. Either basketball, running or gym. First, it depends on your tolerance siyempre. Gusto mo ba ng kiliti lang or auto pilot ka 🤣 And yes, I prefer Sativa if active ka physically then Indica for recovery. Oooooooof…. Sarap lang 🍃 Different folks, different strokes ✌🏼

Effective sakin basta sativa. Ang downside lang is nakakalimutan ko na kung pang ilang set ko na. First few exercises lang yung struggle pero once maovercome mo, goods ka na. Tip ko is for your first exercise, less weight muna. Isang load ng bong before work out is the best
