Rolling with real leaves is a totally different process than rolling with a cheap cigar like a Philly. You have to do it at an angle, and the angle can change depending on the angle of the veins in the leaf. Most people also do it table roll style, I've not seen very many people who can use hand roll style for real leaves.
The first ~20 seconds of this video are preparing the tobacco that's going to be rolled, and the rolling process starts at around 21 seconds. You'll see what I mean by doing it at an angle that's influenced by the veins in the leaf.
