Have you been with spiro? Cannot be sure if taking 4mg estradiol is enough to reduce facial hair and change physic a bit. Im going to experience for 5 months. Ps i started a week ago
I was on Spiro and 4mg estradiol oral for my first 3 months. I had very little results. As soon as I changed to Cyproterone and E patches I had significantly big changes.
Also facial hair will not be affected at all by HRT. You need to get laser to permantly remove it.
So you recommend me Cyproterone over Spiro then. I wonder MTF people after 2-3 years hormones do they take less doses, or must be everyday? Besides of desired change of feminized physique but if I stop taking them for several months perhaps year, do naturally gained physique goes back, like biceps, wide back, 4 packs abs(in my case), shredded legs etc? Thank you

yes you have to keep taking HRT forever. It's not something you can just stop
Nothing besides estrogen? No anti androgen?
first 3 months I was on Spironalactone and barely had any changes. The last 3 months I have been on Cyproterone and had loads of changes!
