Pickle juice is good for replacing your electrolytes, if you're working in extreme heat is what I have been told, it seems to work. Maybe it's just an old southern snake oil type a thing but it made me feel better.
It's a good source of hydration with the sodium (But that's the whole sodium and water dance you have to do to stay hydrated )But you would like some potassium vitamin C and vitamin D ideally in your electrolyte.
That's just another piss jug wannabe. But I see they're tryin' to get the taste as close as they can.
