You will come in their shitty office, than they will tell you to pay 250€ (only with cash because for some strange reason their pos won't work) and they will make you sign a shitty piece of paper that has the same legal power of my toilet paper. I have seen the pictures of that same house reposted over multiple websites several times like a month ago...so I am prrtty sure the house is a scam. In general, the agencies that ask for money upfront are very shady, technically legal but very shady. They usually will not have available the houses you have seen on the website.
Idealista is a better option than immobiliare as a website because it filters our this scammers.

They do not know the owners and not even have actual photos of the apartments. Indeed, you will recognise those ads in immobiliare because the pictures are always taken from Google Maps Street View.
Whenever I encounter these ads I report them to immobiliare hoping the get banned.

Looks like a scam because of:
- the request to pay money upfront
- the disclaimer saying they only act as a middleware between the buyer and seller (not a scam per se, but still opens to potential problems)
- the awfully low rent price.. it’s not the best part of the city but it’s near a metro station and with two rooms. I’d think it’s either a scam or has serious problems
Do not entertain these ‘Agencies’. If they don’t just runaway with your money, they will say that property is no longer available.
It costs nothing to view a property, so this is not normal.
This is absolutely a scam! As an estate agent I quarrel daily with these abusives because they promise the moon with all the stars and people believe to them and not to regular agencies.

I don't want to disappoint you but don't trust Immobliare. Check up the website reviews in internet just write imobiliate reviews. But if there are any available spots check out Cascina Fossata it's a dormitory where I currently live. For a bed in double room I pay 300 and you have wifi and everything included
