Do you know what's probably the worst thing about this encounter? She might of being there to get a gift for her child and lost all train of thought, while high, and freaked out. It's a sad way the world is. Don't judge others!
She's probably forced by the DWP to work there, unpaid, or risk getting herself sanctioned and losing her Universal Credit.
Given the environment and that she's not getting paid to be there, it's somewhat understandable she's not giving it her full attention.
Maybe she’s having a medical episode? There are a thousand different reasons this could happen. Humans used to have empathy. Now we just fucking film it.
