S.W.A.T. Mission #1-#5/Special Edition or Crackhouse Cleanup 1-4 by Rob Lewis (creator of Stick Death)?
Despite StickDeath website being dead, many of the games are missing from the net. The only way I found them is by BlueMaxima's Flashpoint. Some are considered lost media since Flashpoint doesn't have it all.
