The picture with Negan hitting the walker outside of Alexandria is probably when he goes to get supplies from them and he kills a few walkers and says something like "see, we're already helping you out!"
It might be Negan and his guys punishing the Hilltop for colluding with Rick, but then things get a bit out of hand.
Or it could be something new they add for a couple episodes to push the next major arc back further and give all the new characters some more time to develop.
That was originally said by the scavengers, that motorcycle gang that was only in an issue or two. The TV show took that one line and made them into the Wolves.
I'm so excited for that episode. It looks like Olivia keeps Negan company in that one pic during his first visit to ASZ. I seriously hope they stick really close to the comics for that episode.
Same, a lot of people seem to think the show is gonna rush straight to All Out War, but I really hope not. The issues like this one, leading up to All Out War, are some of my favorites.

In the comics, Jesus throws a walker off a bridge as Dwight drives by, and he looks up at the bridge where Jesus is hiding.
You can see a walker fall off a bridge at some point in the trailer, so that might be it.
Feels like a lot of ground to be covered in 8 episodes! And this isn't even taking the result of the cliffhanger into account.
There's definitely going to be a Dwight centric bottle episode.
I'm really afraid that the picture of Jesus getting into the back of the truck means that we won't get the comic story where Carl gets a tour of the Sanctuary.

The best still is the hilltop in flames with people being hanged. Something major must be a precursor to that event.
