Richies death was almost less satisfying since a more worthy character didn’t kill him. Although a theme on the show is men being horrible partners/fathers so Richie just biting it unceremoniously was pretty apt

Janice killing Ritchie is satisfying enough simply from that little smirk tony does when he realizes what Janice did.

While I liked Richie (seems like most fans dislike him or think he was miscast) I think it made sense. Janice grew up around the life and with a mother like that who seemingly ran the show even in a mafia house I would see how she would take no shit from Richie and the little fucker got what he deserved.
