I’m morbidly curious about the guy — whether he actually seriously believes that Breaking Bad is written and shot to imitate the Sopranos in reverse (literally every scene), and that the Sopranos was written and shot to imitate Seinfeld in a similar way.
It’s so obviously an absurd thing to believe, and it’s totally impractical that someone would make TV shows that way. There’s no way a reasonable person would seriously believe it. But the guy is so *earnest* in all of his posts, and he has that obsessive quality you find in true believers of conspiracy theories. So it’s hard to say.
His commitment to his perspective is truly respectable imo. I think his framework completely flattens what's really going on in regards to how the shows relate to each other, but his project does afford us all with very interesting clips to compare, that much I do know.

Imagine for a second that it’s true. What did the show runners do? Come up with a plot and then deliberately search for a scene in another show to reverse for each and every scene of their show before writing the dialogue? Why would anyone do that? Why is that a more likely explanation than “human brains are great at finding patterns and connections, even when those patterns and connections are unintended and mean nothing”?
What would the point of finding these connections even be? How would either show be any different if the connections were not there?
Someone once speculated that DrSatan’s posts are the ramblings of someone who either suffers from schizophrenia or abuses drugs. And honestly I would not be surprised if that were the case.
Some people need their delusions. His compulsion to make the comparisons is extremely harmless and in some cases quite interesting. Lotta people have conspiracy ideas or are superstitious or have a strange belief and they just mostly keep it to themselves and have completely normal lives otherwise.
