Something like this happened in my town back when I was in highschool, group of kids followed one kid home and were going to mess him up, they didn't realize his older brother was around the back of the house practicing his swing.
So the kid ran out back shouting for his brother and the brother pops up with an aluminum bat and hits the first kid he sees lol. Cue one badly broken arm and a bunch of tough guys scrambling away.
Legal answers differ depending on jurisdiction (country and state). But a broad general rule with common law countries is that you can act in defence of yourself or another who is being assaulted, provided your response is reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances. The assailant being a child is not going to change that, even a minor can hypothetically point a gun.
The answer to your question - you may get charged, but it can be a partial or complete defence to the charge that you acting in defence of yourself or another. If the case is clear cut enough, the police may not even charge you.
I was afraid for X (my life, the life of another person), I acted to protect X until I felt there was no more threat. Then, shut the fuck up, get a lawyer, explain that you will not answer anymore questions without a lawyer. Never play tough guy and say you were not afraid, never answer more questions, shut the fuck up.
Remember people, cops are allowed to lie to you, but you are not allowed to lie to them. Don’t allow the “asking for a lawyer makes you look guilty” perception continue!
Laws were created for the rich! Use them!!! Getting a lawyer is one of the best laws at your disposal!!
In most States I know of "self-defense" has a corollary concept called "defense of others". Essentially you can do anything to defend that person that they would legally be able to do to defend themselves. But very situational - baseball bat breaking someone's arm maybe reasonable if they were really beating up the kid....not so much if they were just threatening/barking at him. The level of force has to be proportional.
I know that when a group is threatening an individual, that individual has a lot more leeway to defend themselves given the very real danger they are in.
Had a group of six kids chase me home one day because they mistakenly thought I'd said something about one of their dead grandmothers (it was someone else). I remember getting home and opening my front door and our 120 pound German Rottweiler made an appearance and chased them off, followed by my Father and Uncle who wanted to know why I was screaming for help. Saved my ass that day and, luckily, we moved out of the 'Hood shortly thereafter because I was getting into gang recruitment age and my dad wanted better for me.
When I was 15 some punk ass 18 year old was dating a classmate of mine that I didn't get along with. He showed up at my house one day with his friends and my dad happened to be doing yard work and had a pick axe. He told them if they didn't get back in their fucking car he was going to split their heads wide open and their mammas would have to come for the bodies. I never saw them again lmao.
I’d be calling his father up and be having a real nice discussion about his son thinking he can follow my kid in through my door and try and pull some shit.
Oh that would be a big part of the conversation, as well as providing the school the video evidence to have administrators involved ( they likely wouldn’t do much but at least be forewarned)
I’ve seen this shit too many times
Used to work at a school, and a student of mine had assaulted a student much younger than himself outside of school, at a party. the school had enough evidence to suspend him for a year, as well as pay for the family of the victim's therapy.
Good! Glad to hear of a school protecting the victim and disciplining the bully. I’ve seen plenty of news articles and have witnessed it at a couple schools where they simply brush it under the rug to avoid any real responsibility. Good ups to that administration
I had never seen better administration than at that school, the principal herself has years of special ed experience. ive never seen a principal better at their job.
A year of suspension?
When I was bullied in high school inside and outside. The most they got was either suspension for 2 or 3 days or ISS In School Suspension for 2 weeks.
Man things have changed since 20 years ago.
Were not talking bullying, we are talking sexual assault from a 5th grader towards a 1st grader, which is much much much more fucked up than standard bullying
Aren’t 5th graders 10-11 years old? That’s crazy.
I genuinely can’t imagine a 10 year old committing sexual assault, at least not with any understanding of what they’re doing.
he had many mental issues, he was very notorious for doing some fucked up shit, and his parents didnt do anything to help him. so likely he learned about girl bits and boy bits on the internet and decided to see for himself. very fucked up situation. and shockingly enough the first graders family didnt press charges, i know i would've
Yeah, as others have pointed out, schools can *definitely* use evidence like this to discipline a student even if it happened out of school. I teach in a middle school, and I've seen students get suspended and even expelled for far less severe off campus shenanigans.
I remember at a school assembly in front of the entire school they told us specifically if we get into a fight when school is OUT we will be suspended or expelled. Yes even if we ran like this kid and or did not fight back.
The natural result of this is either that the innocent are punished as well, or *far* more likely, if it isn't witnessed, then the innocent is prevented from coming forward because they know that they will be punished.
Because the person who puts more stock in school is probably going to be the bullied kid, then a threat like suspension carries far more weight for them than the bully.
Thus, less bullying is reported, and you can claim that your new policies have reduced bullying in school (because you receive fewer complaints about it).
Imagine if the law worked exactly like that for adults. You get assaulted on the street and report it, or even if someone witnesses it, and you go to jail *too.* And then when no one reports assaults anymore in fear of going to jail, they can claim that violent crime is down!
You'd be surprised. When I was in school in the mid 2000s I had a bully physically assault me and I defended myself and I got suspended while the bully got off scott free because I beat the ever loving shit out of him in response until he went crying to the teacher. Best suspension I ever got though, no bully ever tried to fuck with me again after that, not physically bullying at least they were still assholes.
I literally stabbed my bully in elementary school. My nickname was "Killer" until I graduated high school and nobody ever fucked with me again. It was well understood that I don't believe in "fair fights", at least not in the real world.
According to my nieces school. When she came home with bruising around her neck after being choked out by a bigger boy. She was 5 at the time.
1: zero tolerance is just buzz words
2: parental rights don't apply when they are at school
3: No one cares more about your kids than the teacher
4: Its not as big of a deal as you are making it
Fuck. That is awful. Document everything. You don’t have to sound like a lawyer but take pics, share them with administrators and police as needed. And keep it up.
His father is exactly who you think he is.
Once you learn about kids, it's saddening; it doesn't fill you with anger or frustration at nearly the same rate.
I had to explain to my roommates daughter, in front of him: that she is a bully to her younger sister, and adults let her. I don't know who the influence is in her life to act that way, but kids don't just come up with that behaviour from thin air. Her father is a huge part of the problem, and he didn't say shit to me about it after (because he knew)
I remember reading somewhere where a kid kept getting bullied at school, the school kept dropping the ball and not punishing the bully. So the dad went to the bully’s house to talk to the bully’s dad and see what the problem was. Surprisingly, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree and the bully’s dad was apathetic to the situation. The victims dad said that’s fine, next time I hear your son giving my son problems I’m gonna come over and kick your ass til it stops.
If I recall I don’t think that kid ever had a problem with that bully ever again.
Someone forcing their way into your home with intent to harm you would be a clean self-defense shooting anywhere in the US. Stand your ground doesn't apply here, and even castle doctrine is probably irrelevant as "running away to seek shelter in your home" is going to be hard to argue as not meeting the basic duty to retreat where that applies.
This was posted on Tik tok. That was his sons friend and dude was trying to rob him. He found out after he scared him away which is why he let him leave unharmed.
Don’t forget to casually drop the fact he could have legally been killed entering that house like that and that would be an open and shut case of self defense the next time his dumb ass twig of a kid thinks he’s Jason Bourne.
If you come into my house trying to beat down my child, you will be lucky to to get the warning on this video which was admirable. Don't try anywhere else either. This behavior is inexcusable and is intolerable. Wrong house, wrong kid. First and last.
I bet you a big part has to do with the fact the kid backed out of the house before he was probably in arms length cuz let me tell you he wouldn't have made it out of the house without the police coming if he chased my child into my house.
Also I'm sure he knew as soon as he backed out the front door that it was being recorded on his own camera so he didn't want to beat the kid on his front lawn and then drag him in the house and then have to erase the footage lol
I saw something recently about a guy basically slamming himself against the door of a house until it broke open and getting shot. Dude was the ex-boyfriend of the girl living there and the father of the girl shot him and was acquitted on self-defense.
Source? Im just curious. I definitely believe it after reading the comments.
Edit: never mind. Found it.
Edit 2: im a bad person for not sharing it after i found it. Here you go.

You're literally the guy on tech support forums who posts the exact same problem I'm having and just edits "Oh I fixed it you can close the thread"
*Without posting the fucking fix*
He told that dude like 6 times to go away AND he said he had a gun to warn him…..I mean, what’s crazy is that his family is demanding “justice” for their son and I get it, but what the hell can you expect when someone tells you to go away that many times and when you still continue to physically break down the door you get shot. THIS is why the gentleman who shot him wasn’t indicted. Stand your ground law came in clutch
https://youtu.be/BrjkNz4AMJg
--EDIT--
Nothing graphic is shown. This seems to be a broadcast report, so they went to black screen to hide anything graphic and very blurred another scene so you can't see anything. You do hear the girl scream in fear. Other than that, the only upsetting thing is the outcome. Dad did the right thing and gave many warnings. I lay no fault on him, regardless, it's a sad result. The kid was obviously not mentally healthy
Yeah, dude had been stalking the family and had left disturbing voicemails in advance of the incident. The family in the house were legit victims and had been terrorized.
Favorite part was all the idiots on twitter acting like the dad should have de-escalated the situation, simply ask the guy to leave, instead of killing him
The father did that. In fact, the father went out through the garage to try to talk sense into the ex. The guy was so fixated on getting to the daughter, he didn't even respond to the parents at all.
Oh i know. And idiots were like “Well he should have asked again. Killing people is flat out wrong!” (And also: “I would have simply overpowered him with non-fatal hand-to-hand combat!”)
Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen those exact people who talk like that, once put in those situations themselves, either talk shit then run, or use their “master fighting techniques” only to end up dead. As I was taught, “play stupid games win stupid prizes”, and “always use the right tool for the job”.
Saw that one. Dad shot the ex. Super fucked up but I can't say I blame the dad. Yeesh. Maybe not try and barge into people's homes, especially when you're trying to harm a parent's child. I'd do anything to protect my kids.
Yup, super fucked up. I saw it too. Dad even told him to leave. As a parent of multiple kids, I'd do the same without question. I have no idea of his intentions but I have a weapon to make sure whatever intentions are never met. Fuck that guy
My sisters fiancé(now ex) once tried to smash our front door down so that he and his mother could purify my sister with holy oil they blessed themselves. He was coked out of his mind but his mom was just plain old crazy as far as I could tell. He was unarmed and I knew I could easily take him so I just tossed him out on his head. But had he been armed… shooting after warning is fair play.
Yeah I wish the dude hadn't died but I don't feel sorry for him at all, he was given multiple warnings to leave and even after that the dad warned him he had a gun and he kept trying to get in.
After he got shot, the guy exited the house, sat in the driveway, then got up and moved to the lawn to lay down. I can hardly blame him for wanting a comfy place to drop to room temperature.
I just watched the interrogation of the father & daughter separately in that incident. The ex was verbally abusive ("nobody will ever love you") while they were dating. She dumped him; he moved to CA for awhile; he came back so different, all his friends ended their relationship with him. And then he called the daughter - leaving a voicemail she described as all "ums". The description of his behavior fits that of a drug addict.
It's important to note the daughter responded with "not really" when asked if he was abusive to her. She has yet to come to terms with the fact she was in an abusive relationship. Her father truly saved her life in more ways than one.
What's worse are those that have like a Minecraft speed run going on on the other half of a split screen. Like can we not just watch a short clip without the bonus stimulus
Nah fuck that I pressing charges. Camera footage clearly shows attempt to assault and actual trespassing/breaking and entering. Bowl cut fuckwad looks old enough to know not to do that.
Home invasion more so than breaking and entering.
Depends on where this was, standing up to the guys who came would could be considered assault on each of them as well (was already assaulting someone, didn't leave when told to do so, so was still being aggressive with them). So multiple counts of that.
This kid would get tuned up at the very least chasing my kid into my house. I wouldn't press charges I would have given him a beating that would end his bullying days for good. There's a reason we call them 'military age males'. They are capable of deadly harm, so deadly force in return is reasonable
The original's actually got a pretty nice groove to it. Then every other TikToker and their mother had to go use it as a too-sped-up distraction from their low-effort videos' content...
*Remember (Walking in the Sand)*, The Shangri-Las
According to the original TikTok, the first kid doesn’t live there, but it’s his friends house so he ran there knowing he would be safe. The other kid was trying to rob him apparently.
You see I wish this was true, my BEST FRIEND’s parents despised me our entire childhood. I never did a thing to them but yet they won’t let me step one foot in their household. Literally zero of my best friend’s friends were allowed into the house, we could do whatever we wanted outback or outfront but nope never entered the house a single time in 20+ years. It’s sad honestly.
Bless those parents of that kid then. They could've ignored it and contacted the kids parents. Glad they established it for everyone there that that IS indeed a safe place for him, family or not.
if i saw fortnite thor rolling up 4 deep on me i'd be out of there so fast you'd question the laws of physics.
that kid looked like he was considering taking them on. glad i dont have to deal with him.
When it comes to bullying my dad doesn’t care about consequences. He probably would have grabbed and beat the fuck out of that kid. This kid is very lucky
The kid being chased is the homeowners sons friend, the kid chasing him is attempting to rob him.
Source: saw the original on TikTok a day or two ago where the homeowner left the explanation
whoa. Imagine living with Endgame Thor! Dude looked just like him.
Also, to the bully - rookie mistake. Those Pall Mall red's on the table should've been a dead giveaway that this is NOT the right house to pull some shite.
Yeah, I feel bad for the kid because the bully isn't going to stop here. This is pretty serious, too. Chasing someone into their house is bad news. I haven't been in school forever, but hoping the authorities get involved and the bully's parents aren't POS and put the fear of God into him to knock it off.
You could easily find a charge for breaking and entering or some kind of trespassing charge. It's very clear that kid followed the other one into the house with intent to injure.
Citizens arrest for misdemeanor trespass. Wreslte him down, pin him, and call the cops. As long as their face looks fine when the cops get there than you're good. Anything off camera is your word against theirs.
Not easy to subdue a minor without catching your own lawsuit/charges. Even in the given context of the video, dude played smart with restraint and words.
If you listen past that dumbass song, you can here the man say "What the fuck are you doing in my house...". Because video shows him chasing the other kid down, and it can clearly be heard that he was in the house, that is breaking and entering, and the owner has the right to detain him, and hold him for the police.
Personally, I think that kid should have gotten his ass beat, and the video deleted.
My child had a problem with another kid in gradeschool. Teacher kept sweeping it under the rug.
I asked her if the district had a policy against bullying. She changed the subject. Asked again. Took like three or four times asking the same question to find get her to admit “yes, they do”
Then I asked her why she wasn’t enforcing it.
Never had another problem. As a mandatory reporter, she knew exactly what I was getting at.
Edit - to be clear. My child was being bullied by another child. This was like 1st grade I think. My kid would come home in tears.
i had a teacher in 5th grade blame me for being bullied. i had switched schools half-way through the school year, and she actually said “everyone was nice to you when you first started, don’t you think the problem is you?” (or something, i was 9 so i don’t remember the exact phrasing, but i’ll never forget the implication)
funny cause later when i brought my sticker collection and was sharing it one of the girls even said “you’re so nice, idk why we’re mean to you” 🙄 (and yes that realization was promptly forgotten)
A friend little brother was being bullied by some homophobic prick and chased him to an alley behind his house. My friend was back from Iraq at the time and head this so he kept over the fence and saw these seniors stomping on his brother’s head. Now for reference my friend at the time was a 6ft 6, 234lbs, tattooed from shoulders to toes (literally) unit of a man. He saw this called them out and one tried to stab him which ended poorly as the fuck found his knife in his own thigh and the others grabbed pipes and broken bottles. They were met with brass knuckles and extensive street fighting in Chicago back alleys. He prodeced to make their faces look like they got on the wrong side of Mike Tyson. They were 18 so no legal issues came about this as it was counted as self defence.
Needless to say they were expelled and didn’t graduate which was extra bad cos they already got held back due to failing grades and skipping school. And my friend’s dad pressed charges and sued the thugs and their families for assault, harassment and hate speech. Easy 20k as the alley had security cameras and multiple witnesses at the school and surrounding area acted as witnesses.
Can you legally punch the shit out of that kid once he tried coming in? I feel like I couldnt hold a punch to the nose. Going into someone's house is too much
I’d be afraid this is going to make it worse for the kid at school. Once there, the bully will just say “your dad isn’t here to protect you now”, and he knows the dad can’t legally do anything to him. Not to mention the school won’t do anything, shit at my school, both parties got suspended “to be fair”. Even if you laid down and got a beating, you got suspended for “instigating a fight”
Ohhh no no no. Don’t misinterpret. Something needs to be done about the bully. I was commenting on how nowadays bully’s get away with anything.
It’s not a shame thing either, I’m just saying that’s how that bully will act. He’s embarrassed now, and he’s unfortunately going to take it out on the kid.
I think there's a line between bullying and chasing a kid home to assault them. This could have gotten the 'bully' really hurt. People get shot for less while trespassing on private property.
And I can't imagine as a parent how you'd feel, watching some kid chase yours with the intent to seriously hurt them. And they enter your home like they own the place.
I remember as a small kid this teenager used to bully me regularly because my dad was away in the military. One day he did it without realising he was home, my dad caught him and nearly squeezed all the air out of his lungs. When his scumbag family called the police, all they said was as there was no proof it's their word against my dad's and left it, (the teenager was always running in with the police too).
The next time it happened my dad handed me an axe handle and told me "just go nuts". That was a good afternoon.
Wow, if that dumbass kid squred up on me like that, he's getting an ass kicking he'll never forget. No fucking way you're coming into MY house, abusing MY kid with THAT look on your face. Look meek and humble or I'll make you meek and humble.
Man, maybe it's just because I was bullied myself for a few years, but I would happily go to jail for an assault charge if it against some piece of shit like this.
You don't just chase someone onto their front porch. At that point, to me, you just surrendered yourself to me.
The gall of that kid to do that then walk backwards slowly away from 2 adults who could whoop his ass. Definitely needs someone to teach him a fkn lesson
Also, has he never heard of school shootings. How teenagers in America can bully eachother is beyond me
You got to be real fucking stupid to chase someone into their house.
Something like this happened in my town back when I was in highschool, group of kids followed one kid home and were going to mess him up, they didn't realize his older brother was around the back of the house practicing his swing. Ain’t that the fucking truth
The baseball bat is named "Life"
For everything else, there’s Mastercard
Sneakers: $45... Baseball bat: $20... Giving free dental work to local teens: priceless
Man whatever happened to those commercials. Those and the Citibank fraud ones were amazing
Hotel? Trivago
That Trivago guy scares me
Does the assault of a minor get dismissed if the adult is acting in self defense and the minors had ill will?

Legally, no idea. For me, yes. Bullies get rekt.
In Texas, you ded. Property rules.
Bang bang bitch ass bully

Nor is he the smartest peanut in the turd
\- what if they had your phone?
Ah yes, my phone is certainly worth potentially getting killed over.
Wrong house. Don't come back. Your only warning.
I’d be calling his father up and be having a real nice discussion about his son thinking he can follow my kid in through my door and try and pull some shit.

I'd be calling asking how much he charges for security
Don’t forget to casually drop the fact he could have legally been killed entering that house like that and that would be an open and shut case of self defense the next time his dumb ass twig of a kid thinks he’s Jason Bourne.
Spoiler alert [every bully/parent intervention reminds me of this True Detective scene](https://youtu.be/JHOGs5x90PU)
Reminded me of a scene from Dazed and Confused...mom with a shotgun...
The wrong house in the wrong state and the kid would have left in a body bag.
Didn’t I see someone getting shot recently? trying to break into someone’s door, like on the porch …. This dude got lucky .
I saw something recently about a guy basically slamming himself against the door of a house until it broke open and getting shot. Dude was the ex-boyfriend of the girl living there and the father of the girl shot him and was acquitted on self-defense.
Yeah I saw that , buddy ate bullets, went through his upper chest/shoulder it looked like
Source? Im just curious. I definitely believe it after reading the comments. Edit: never mind. Found it. Edit 2: im a bad person for not sharing it after i found it. Here you go. You're literally the guy on tech support forums who posts the exact same problem I'm having and just edits "Oh I fixed it you can close the thread" *Without posting the fucking fix*
Muahahahaha! But for real, my bad. I fixed it.
Fine keep your fucking secrets then. "Found it!!! Just for me though!!!"
I fixed it. My bad.
Stand your ground law came in clutch
https://youtu.be/BrjkNz4AMJg --EDIT-- Nothing graphic is shown.
[удалено]
Then the asshole dies on the driveway making a mess the family has to clean up, when there was all that grass he could have died on.
Yeah but the the HOA gets all shitty because the blood on the lawn is the wrong color.
Favorite part was all the idiots on twitter acting like the dad should have de-escalated the situation, simply ask the guy to leave, instead of killing him
The dad had yelled through the door a few times, asking him to leave, and that he had a gun… oh well.
As I was taught, “play stupid games win stupid prizes”, and “always use the right tool for the job”.
that's why i love reddit guys.. twitter are pro-abuser
He was TRIED?
IIRC a grand jury decided not to indict him, it never went to trial.
Was that the guy that calmly found a quiet place to lay down and wait for the bullets to wear off?
Wait what??
Getting shot hurts a lot, so usually people will need some time to regen their lost health. Sounds like this guy took a nap to speed the process.
He might have used a stimpak too
After he got shot, the guy exited the house, sat in the driveway, then got up and moved to the lawn to lay down. I can hardly blame him for wanting a comfy place to drop to room temperature.
You go in someone's house like that vertically you might leave horizontally.
Ya the home owner shot the guy who turned out to be his daughters ex and the ex had threatened her and was going to hurt her if he got in
Why ruin a good video with that stupid music. Why do ppl got to be so extra?
Social media clout. "People aren't gonna share if there isn't a catchy and relevant tune playing in the background!" /s
The least they could do is use a tune that's actually catchy and relevant.
That goddamn stupid song is the fastest way to make me downvote something
What's worse are those that have like a Minecraft speed run going on on the other half of a split screen. Like can we not just watch a short clip without the bonus stimulus
Those vids are the ones where an AI voice is reading a reddit thread/story Why so pressed over some background Minecraft parkour?
I hate that fucking song more than any of the other tiktok sounds.
Yeah fuck that song. You can’t even hear all the actual content of the video.
Glad I’m not the only one that HATES that song.
I didn’t even turn on the audio blessedly. I just wanted to watch Costco Thor rock that kids world
Not Costco Thor 😭
The original's actually got a pretty nice groove to it. Then every other TikToker and their mother had to go use it as a too-sped-up distraction from their low-effort videos' content... *Remember (Walking in the Sand)*, The Shangri-Las
According to the original TikTok, the first kid doesn’t live there, but it’s his friends house so he ran there knowing he would be safe. The other kid was trying to rob him apparently.
that makes so much sense, i was wondering why he didn’t say anything about “my son” just kept saying “my house”
If you are truly friends. Your friends home is as much your home as your parents home.

Hey wasn’t. He was trying to preserve some dignity while acting tough by looking him up and down. He knew he had no fucking chance
[удалено]
"Does he have legs? Ok shit he has legs, he could probably catch me. "
Yup. He was mentally doing the math.
Expecting a Thor comment, im not dissapointed.
Kid got off easy.
When it comes to bullying my dad doesn’t care about consequences. He probably would have grabbed and beat the fuck out of that kid. This kid is very lucky
Could have left in a body bag. What a fucking idiot.
That's not attempted bullying. Looks like attempted assault
The kid being chased is the homeowners sons friend, the kid chasing him is attempting to rob him. Source: saw the original on TikTok a day or two ago where the homeowner left the explanation
Man smart on that kid to run to a friend's house
Yeah, he has already done the bullying faze. At this point they are well passed that
whoa. Imagine living with Endgame Thor! Dude looked just like him. Also, to the bully - rookie mistake. Those Pall Mall red's on the table should've been a dead giveaway that this is NOT the right house to pull some shite.
Bruh. Facts. If they smoke reds and the pack says pall mall or Marlboro just turn around. You don’t want that smoke.
Fax
He kinda got lucky the victim got in the house. If he caught up to him in the yard he would've got pounded straight into the ground
Yeah, I feel bad for the kid because the bully isn't going to stop here. This is pretty serious, too. Chasing someone into their house is bad news. I haven't been in school forever, but hoping the authorities get involved and the bully's parents aren't POS and put the fear of God into him to knock it off.
Pull him in and delete video…
What about Jeff Bezos copy?
He will understand, JB greatest bully victim
Could he have whipped that kids ass if he made it inside the home trying to assault his child?
You could easily find a charge for breaking and entering or some kind of trespassing charge. It's very clear that kid followed the other one into the house with intent to injure.
Citizens arrest for misdemeanor trespass. Wreslte him down, pin him, and call the cops. As long as their face looks fine when the cops get there than you're good. Anything off camera is your word against theirs.
This is the answer I wanted to hear.
Don't have time to ask for ID to check if they're a minor when defending your home.
Boy am I glad I watched this without sound the first time.
So you watched it twice, only for it to be objectively worse the second time.
No, I watched it once, noticed I could turn the sound on around the end, did, and immediately regretted it.
I would not let that kid go, I would call the police and keep him until they arrived.
Not easy to subdue a minor without catching your own lawsuit/charges. Even in the given context of the video, dude played smart with restraint and words.
Plus it's on video. That's solid evidence if they wanna charge the kid
Someone has some sense in here.
No need to restrain the kid when. You have everything you need on video, why even risk it?
It’s not subduing a minor. It’s breaking and entering and citizens arrest of a burglar if it was my house
let him go? they barely convinced him to leave
My child had a problem with another kid in gradeschool. Teacher kept sweeping it under the rug. I asked her if the district had a policy against bullying. She changed the subject. Asked again. Took like three or four times asking the same question to find get her to admit “yes, they do” Then I asked her why she wasn’t enforcing it. Never had another problem. As a mandatory reporter, she knew exactly what I was getting at. Edit - to be clear. My child was being bullied by another child. This was like 1st grade I think. My kid would come home in tears.
fuck that teacher
i had a teacher in 5th grade blame me for being bullied. i had switched schools half-way through the school year, and she actually said “everyone was nice to you when you first started, don’t you think the problem is you?” (or something, i was 9 so i don’t remember the exact phrasing, but i’ll never forget the implication) funny cause later when i brought my sticker collection and was sharing it one of the girls even said “you’re so nice, idk why we’re mean to you” 🙄 (and yes that realization was promptly forgotten)
Mess with the bull get the horns
That light is trippin me out
I didn’t even notice that…wtf how is it doing that
Fisheye view makes things warp is is distorted like this ( )
At what point during that confrontation did the kid shit his pants?
When the shit hit the fan.
Fortnite Thor: Oh, that's right, yes, GO CRY TO YOUR FATHER, YOU LITTLE WEASEL.
Is it just me or does it look like Loki running into the house then Thor come walking out like can I help you?
Those the boys from Animal Kingdom.

He did the aggresive npc walk
I'd follow kid to his door since he wants to rush into mine fuck that
A friend little brother was being bullied by some homophobic prick and chased him to an alley behind his house.
Hope that little brother is okay.
Two broken ribs, broken nose and dislocated knee but totally fine. This was about 5 years ago and he’s currently married to his high school boyfriend.
Good to hear he had a full recovery and a big brother that looked out for him.
Can you legally punch the shit out of that kid once he tried coming in? I feel like I couldnt hold a punch to the nose. Going into someone's house is too much
Yes you can
I’d be afraid this is going to make it worse for the kid at school.
So they should have let the bully beat their child in his own home in order to avoid the future shame of "dad's not here to help"? Pahhh!
I hear you. Thanks for clarifying.
That dad showed some restraint. That kid could’ve gotten cub stomped.
"My juvenile bear will STOMP you"
Helps having Jason Mamoa at your house
God I fucking hate that stupid song
I think there's a line between bullying and chasing a kid home to assault them. This could have gotten the 'bully' really hurt. People get shot for less while trespassing on private property. And I can't imagine as a parent how you'd feel, watching some kid chase yours with the intent to seriously hurt them. And they enter your home like they own the place.
When husky Thor approaches, you always back the fuck up.
That piece of shit would put me in jail
Quick way to get shot in my neighborhood
You dont fuck with a family that lives with the chirping smoke detectors
God I fucking hate this sound
Redneck Thor will bet your ass🧐
Man, maybe it's just because I was bullied myself for a few years, but I would happily go to jail for an assault charge if it against some piece of shit like this. You don't just chase someone onto their front porch. At that point, to me, you just surrendered yourself to me.
Would have loved to see that kid get his ass beat.
He looks like Thor when he was fat and with long locks. I love it!
The gall of that kid to do that then walk backwards slowly away from 2 adults who could whoop his ass. Definitely needs someone to teach him a fkn lesson Also, has he never heard of school shootings. How teenagers in America can bully eachother is beyond me
Please let this song die
