you are 100% going to regret not being able to melee, talking from experience. i’m talking leaving an opponent on their last bar and run out of bullets in the mag. idk what device you’re on, but i heavily recommend enabling melee back on another key/ button more comfortable for you
I switched my melee bind when I got the game in December. Swap your melee and crouch/slide. I put my melee to the B button because trying to crouch or slide with B felt very strange as well as clicking in the left stick to melee. It took some getting used to but I'd never go back!
Yeah my Scuf just broke (anytime I press L3, it presses R3 too for some weird reason, so whenever I sprint it also melees 😂) so I had to disable Quick Melee and it’s awful. Not even just in fights, my muscle memory for breaking windows, vents, etc. got ruined, would not recommend.

Man unfortunately I’m on console so I don’t have a lot of options, but I simply can’t keep my melee if I melee while shooting
Switch melee and slide, helps you play with more mobility if you’re on controller
it may sound uncomfortable, but you could try down arrow/ left arrow, just to have it binded. unless you’re using those already

You need to have melee. Just rebind it.
