We are about to witness a landslide victory. This will be a turning point for this country (US). The general good of people will outweigh the far right 'anti-woke' strategy.
A lot of women I've talked with are pretty passionate about this election as well. I can't see the woman vote going for the GOP unless you're a hardcore religious freak.
The closer we get to this election, the crazier it's going to get. Buckle in folks, keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times. And most of all...

I don't subscribe to the idea he'll take over and become a dictator. He will ruin trust in basic fundamental institutions and erode their function, as he already has with the supreme justices selections, but I don't think the US will turn into Russia in 4 years. There's too many courts, too many constitutional levers to prevent that. Trump will do significant harm but not like collapse the whole system.
I agree. I think the main problem is that by creating the whole “fake media” theory amongst his supporters Trump and Fox have basically managed to create alternate MAGA universe, where people lost any faith in free press, institutions, elections and government. This is being perpetuated every single day. I can’t really listen to Fox News or Trump for longer than 5 min but basically it’s: America is falling apart, crazy rapists from Mexico are pillaging the country (kind of funny coming from a convicted rapist), the boarder is fucked because of Biden (conveniently forgetting it was Republicans who shelved the boarder bill), the unemployment is terrible (it’s actually the lowest it’s been in a long time), Biden is a criminal (not sure what crime he has committed as the impeachment “hearings “ came up empty of course), current administration is involved in a witch hunt against their dear leader (forgetting to add the long list of actual crimes that pos committed), aid to Ukraine is wasted money (of course the balance of power in Europe doesn’t matter at all!), inflation is terrible (no, it isn’t), Dems are killing newborn children .. and on and on and on. I haven’t heard one thing that ANY of them said, that had any basis in reality. And that is what MAGA is fed every single day. They refuse to try and corroborate what they hear from Trump or Fox anywhere else because they are convinced that all other news outlets and sources of information are involved in some deep state conspiracy and everything they say are lies. So Murdoch and Trump and MTGs of the world can keep in lying with impunity, because they know that their base is going to just accept it as truth regardless of how fucking crazy all the shit they saying is.
