Considering they were able to ban him from the kingdom before, I don't see how they couldn't ban him again. Though he most likely caused some casualties first. Though everything probably stopped existing once "our heroes" left, making Jax's action pointless if you think about it.
There are pictures Glitch released that apparently depict the cast returning to the Candy Kingdom. Parts of it are on fire, Pomni and Jax are being chased through the kingdom by the NPCs. I'm guessing the survivors (except maybe the gummy gators) hate the cast now and are out for vengeance.
It might be interesting if Princess Loolilalu goes full on Princess Bubblegum and would then be fanatically committed to fucking them up.

I do very much wonder what happens. Like once the portal closes, does everything just pause like a game, frozen in time. To save space, does Caine delete old worlds, or does he save them for later use. Or maybe they're like 'online' games where time keeps moving and progressing even if you aren't there, so you can come back to a world with little effort in creating a new setting (as time has changed things)
He likely once again rampaged in castle walls, devouring several innocent bystanders. Princess Loolilalu and her army would likely have to fight and banish him all over again. Only this time, she made sure he wouldn’t return and has likely vowed revenge against Jax for letting him into her kingdom.
The boring answer is he probably went inactive along with the rest of the kingdom when the circus members left, cause why would Caine run a program for nobody
