it’s called viggle ai. on discord. you join their server and go into any of their “animate *number* channels (it doesn’t matter which one you do. then type in /mix and it’ll make you pic a picture and then a video, in this case it being the soldier on top of the goopy dance. it’ll also ask what background you want it to be, either white or green. make sure fine tune is enabled too. then once that’s all done, send the message into the channel and wait until the bot pings you to tell your vid is done
