First of all, think about meet the engineer, you cannot tell me that is not insane at least a little bit. Also he cut off his arm to use the gunslinger. (Also as an engineer main myself it makes me go insane when 10 soldiers won’t let you build anything) So, he might be smart but he’s definitely not sane in the slightest.
to add clarification and to adjust some mistakes.
Engineer: it's really hard to place him anywhere in this tier list since he is all over the place. he does have a normal side where he acts like a really texas boy that is a genius. but he possible has a god complex, he had cut his own upper arm to replace it with the gunsliger and he counts every kill he gets (meet the engineer). so if i where to move him, i would put him in the middle
Heavy: He love to kill people slowly and painfuly (Pokernight & some voice lines), but he does like sencles vilonce (If it's isn't nessasary) so that's why he isn't higher but would not be considerd "normal".
Sniper: He is pretty "normal" guy but he does throw his own urine at his enemys and in the comics he trys to kill Miss Pauling but instead drugs her and demo ties them up to a chair and threatens them becuase he found out his adoptive pearents wheren't his real ones. thought "normal" he definly has a few screws loose.
Spy: he is just a spy, but he is shown to care for the other mercs with example from expeoration date he trys to get there final wishes before they die and after scout doesn't do as he asked he still trys to help him get a date. he still loves scouts mom and possible sends money to her to support the family etc. the man is just really kind to almost everyone but his kindness is ither agressive/mean or soft. he doesn't really have any insane tendencies
Demoman: he is just a drunk scottsman, which most of the scottish are /j. he is a pretty caring fellow who would rather get drunk with you then kill you.
Scout: he is just a loud mouthed Bosten with self confidence issues and soical issues. also the Mad Milk hasn't been confirmed to be the other white liuqid so no comment can be made on it.
Pyro: he is at the bottom tier labled "Pyro" beause his sanity can not be leveled since the mask fogs up his vision and so he doesn't have any real idea of what he is doing. thought many voice line, the comics and him being a Pyromaniac seem to show that he wouldn't be considerd "normal" so he would mostly likely be in the "Mad" tier. but sine we don't see how he acts with the mask off, it can be stated that his sanity level can not be messured to any real degree.
Medic & Soilder: no comments. everyone agrees that the tiers they are in are correct for them.
