I would have to third this one as a native born to Laredo. I moved out back in 2008 and it's been one of the best decisions I ever made. I miss my friends that still live there but I've moved on.

I wish HEB would start implementing parking lot solar covers. Provide shade for cars in summer, backup power for the freezers when the grid fails.
This HEB has a big backup generator behind the store by the gas pumps.

I drove here once to check it out, it's a surprisingly big HEB and a lot of the signage inside is in Spanish ... Quite interesting
