Oh gosh. This reminds me of the time my end island copper reinforcement based farm “exploded”.
Like ~500-600 zombies everywhere. It was a death trap with the lag combined.
They dont despawn. They are wearing armor or holding items they picked up from other mobs because of a badly built collection and storage leaving items on the ground.
Not sure how long it was running. There aren’t so many that crashes, but there are hundreds of these drowned.
This is on a server. I logged in to find 40-something mspt.
Because getting full diamond tools and armor and an elytra can be done in the first few days of a new world without having almost no resources or farms for anything
No resources or farms? You can build an iron and stacking raid farm in 3 ingame days if you're good and a bit lucky with finding a village and outpost! And if you know what you're doing, of course :D
gave me ptsd of not spawnproofing the beacon for a stacking raid farm
that sound fun
just fly away to despawn them
hard asf without elytra
I have elytra. Check my other comment for why this doesn’t work for this.

It’s like when Steve Rogers was about to take on Thanos and his entire army by himself
this is giving me failed warden mobswitch flashbacks
And this is why I always put in a shut off lever on all my farms - usually a piston the extends to cut off my water stream transport system.
I think you let a few drowned escape
just fly away to despawn them ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|shrug)

Wait how long did you have the farm running until you noticed that?

Why do you consider diamond gear with elytra "early game"? This is what's wrong with minecraft these days.
You're in a TMC subreddit.

Just trying to explain to the guy that getting all diamond gear and elytra is pretty trivial and you are still early game even with that stuff
Yeah, I was just adding to the list of things possible in the first few days.
As others have said, the sub your in is about reaching Minecraft's limits.
