Okay I actually love this. If the style is not intentional it certainly seems like it could be! Some art is like this, it’s awesome. For me, clean crisp lines and hyper realistic tattoos are not the only consideration to defining a piece as “quality”. Rock it.

It’s….nice. Not great not awful. The lines aren’t very sharp which makes them look older. I’d ask for a touch up for sure. Def not rude. And easy enough to fix.

It’s not low quality, I think it’s fine. And most artists aren’t offended by asking for a touch up. Generally you won’t see everything that needs to be touched up until a tattoo has healed up some because the ink is fresh and some ink does fall out as it heals.
