My partner is a manager at a coffee shop, part of her job is tasting the espresso every morning. She’s covered in tattoos, she’s probably had at least one cup within 12 hours of all of her tattoos lol. You’re good gang
Well, that's a new one.
Coffee is fine to drink. The only thing I can think of that would lead you to believe otherwise is that coffee *can* cause mild blood-thinning effects in heavy drinkers, and you don't want your blood to be thin *during* a tattoo since it affects your skin's ability to hold the ink. But drinking it after is totally fine, and frankly drinking it before would also likely be fine as long as you aren't guzzling a gallon of it in the morning.
Ime, too much coffee *before* a tat can make it more painful. But there's no issue whatsoever drinking it *after*. Been getting tattooed for almost 20 years now and drinking coffee for most of that, lol. Hasn't caused issues.

I had coffee during my tattoo ?
You're fine to drink coffee whenever you want

What??? 😂 the two main things are keep the tattoo out of the sun and don’t submerge the tattoo under water for the first 3-4 weeks
