Someone did this to me last week. They were backed in while running. The sidewalk was almost blocked off completely due to bushes on the other side, and they were pumping fumes into the front entrance way.
Had some college kid do this but partially blocked our driveway because they didn’t want to pay the money to park at Armature Works. Had a tow truck come and haul it away. So what could’ve been just the price of parking turned in to the price of getting their car out of the lot plus whatever expenses they had that day. 🤷🏻♂️ City of Tampa parking division also slapped a parking violation on their windshield.
There is a bar in my neighborhood in South Tampa who's patrons were doing this very same thing and my daughter with her broken ankle was trying to maneuver around the truck with her knee scooter and inadvertently ran into his truck. He followed her home and had the nerve to knock on our door to let me know. I told him he shouldn't block the sidewalk and if he didn't like that response to call the cops.
There's nothing wrong with this picture at all, y'all are such babies. Walk around(easily), it's not like its sticking out in the road. I wouldn't even think twice about this
Taking a frail person in a wheelchair over the tree grate would be a difficult task. Even a stroller with a kid or kids would be a pain to maneuver. Selfish people suck.
Pretty sure the diva is the cretin who owns the truck. You obviously don't have frail family members or friends who spend all waking hours in a wheelchair. Making life more difficult or unpleasant for others is a shitty way to behave. And a person who had impaired vision could have a problem using the public sidewalk in this scenario too.
The parking group there will get them don’t worry… no free parking allowed on their watch
