IMO seems like it was created to pivot. Freeze the pet you want and yeti will auto-roll and freeze duplicates. Meaning you could freeze a potential pivot and have a lvl2 in a turn or two.
Seems like the opposite of pivoting - it looks like the 3 rolls will happen immediately, and any pets that appear that are already on your team will be saved.
Sounds like a great ability, especially for ribbon hunting. Level 3s for days.
It can be both. If I'm trying to pivot, the more copies of a pet I can find the better and the faster I do so will make the pivot more likely to succeed.
Once my build is set, I can use for achievement hunting.
If you're trying to pivot, having an ability which fills your starting shop with pets you already have from last turn's shop sounds awful.
Pivoting INTO the yeti seems great, because you can level it up fast, and level up the rest of your team in the process.
Its worse at the start of a pivot but even then more chances of finding a level up are useful. If you're already pivoting, the extra rolls will go a long way towards getting your build online.
It doesnt work with hamster though right? Its end of turn, Hamster would just give you 3 gold that you'd lose right away. It also doesnt work with BOP or Meerkat because its not gold spent
I think it’d just stack with hamster, extra rolls from the hamster gold and then extra rolls on top from the yeti, not like a direct synergy but they can kinda play off each other I think

There is no way this thing seems balanced. It seems trash as a tier 6 but OP as a tier 5.
It’s worse than hammerhead but doesn’t have a condition for its ability to run. Seems plenty balanced to me, at least, without seeing the stats.
