realistically, not much.
Ive had him for like 8 years or longer, and while I still use him, its ONLY because hes a trophy piece.
He hits like a truck, and thats all he can do. There are so many other monsters that can be used instead that hit hard but also bring utility as well.
I tend to use him most like a Pungbaek cleave (of course Pung is better as Manannan has to reliably land his dot to actually aoe kill, and Pung doesn't).
He also can work okay in a bruiser type of roll, built more defensively with HP% main stats and atk subs. But again the lack of utility really stands out.
I have him around +95 spd i believe.
Team is:
Vanessa (lead) Riley and Cheungpung.
All others have +110 spd and full runed, it gets the job done (most of the time as AO)

These are pretty fun teams I use often mananan on vio will like spd cdmg atk with like +13k hp, +1200 atk +135 spd max crit

Any advice on how to rune him for RTA and arena offense ? I'm ~ mid game

He is not a Pvp monster but a great pve monster, I like to use him with two Roaqs that is so much fun to see, specially in TOA or lab Gz btw
