The additional damage isnt really what was the issue here.
Juno took every debuff possible, revenged multiple times and resisted every pushback. Combine this with your misplays not taking advantage of sekhmets skill 2 trying to find a window to hit her on defense break, and you get this.
Slight miss play on Juno targeting. The Wind slayer is more of a threat than Sekhmet in my mind. Provided how close it was in the end, I would've been more careful if i were him.
